1. Clean The Charging Port

Use a toothpick to remove the debris and clean the charging port with a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning the charging port, connect the charger and see whether it’s charging.

Press and hold the power button to turn off the speaker.
Hold the Power and Volume Up (+) buttons together for 5 seconds.
