1. Restart Your Phone

3. Change the Default USB Configuration
Change your Default USB Configuration from the developer settings and configure it to “Charging Phone Only.”
Follow these steps to change the Default USB Configuration-
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on About Phone.
- Tap on Software Information.
- Tap on Build Number several times until you see Developer mode has been enabled.
- Go back and tap on Developer Options.
- Scroll down and turn off USB Debugging.
- Go to Networking, change the Default USB Configuration, and set it to Charging Only.
4. Try a New Charger
Try a new charger if your phone is still not charging via the Razer Kishi controller.
You can use a power bank or laptop USB hub to check whether the problem is resolved.

5. Contact Customer Support
