If you inspect your TAGRY earbuds, you’ll see two metal contacts on each earbud that connect inside the case to take charge. Due to continuous use, a layer of wax formed around the metal contacts that block the current flow.

None will charge inside the charging case if the wax is formed on both earbuds. So, regular cleaning is recommended for proper functioning.

Put a few drops of isopropyl alcohol on the metal contacts and clean them with a toothbrush. Now, wipe everything with a microfibre cloth to remove the layer of wax buildup.

Mostly, the charging issue on any wireless earbuds is fixed by thoroughly cleaning the metal contacts.

2. Clean Charging Case

4. Update Firmware
