Yobola T2 Pro is a popular waterproof wireless earbud that gives approx 5 hours of playtime on a single charge. And approx 25 hours of playtime with the case.

But, some customers reported the battery charging issue with Yobola T2 Pro earbuds.

My friend’s Yobola T2 Pro left earbud wasn’t charging, but I asked him to clean the metal contacts and the charging case with a Q-tip and isopropyl alcohol, and the issue was resolved.

If one of your Yobola earbuds isn’t charging, you should first inspect the metal contacts to see if any dust or debris is blocking their contacts. If yes, clean them thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and cotton.

Here are some easy solutions to fix the charging issue of your Yobola wireless earbuds-

1. Clean Metal Contacts

Yobola earbuds case is similarly designed to Apple AirPods, which gets dirty over time.

If dust or debris blocks the contacts, one or both earbuds will face the charging issue.

You should clean the metal contacts for uninterrupted current flow from your charging case to both earbuds.

2. Fully Charge Your Case

Current flow from higher potential to lower potential (it’s the rule of physics). If your charging case is not charged enough, it won’t pass current to your earbuds.

So, if your Yobola case is not charged, first charge it fully and then place your earbuds in it.

3. Clean Your Earbuds

There are two metal pins on the bottom of both earbuds. These pins attach to the metal contacts of the charging case, and your earbuds charge.

But, due to sweat and dust, an insulative layer formed around the metal pins, preventing the current flow.

So, thoroughly clean your earbuds with a toothpick and wipe out everything with a rubbing alcohol cotton swab.

4. Reset Earbuds

If you have tried all the above steps, you might need to reset your yobola earbuds to fix the pairing and charging issue.

Here is how to reset yobola wireless earbuds-

Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
Go to your iPhone Bluetooth.
Tap on the Info icon (i) next to T2 Pro.
Tap on Forget This Device.
Confirm the action.
Tap and hold on to both of your yobola earbuds.
Release your fingers after 10 seconds.
Now, put both earbuds in the case and close the lid.

That’s it. Your yobola T2 Pro has been reset. Now, you can pair it again with your iPhone and check whether the charging issue is fixed.

5. Get a Replacement

If you’ve tried all the above solutions but still face problems in charging, it means some manufacturing defect is there with your unit.

Contact the customer care team and ask for a replacement. The company will provide a replacement if your earbuds are under warranty.

Why is My Yobola Earbuds Case Not Charging?

If your charging case itself isn’t charging, your earbuds won’t charge. It could happen because your charging cable is faulty or something is blocking the USB type-C charging port.

Try a new USB type-C cable and smartphone adapter to charge your Yobola T2 Pro charging case.

Also, remove any debris or dust blocking the charging port. You can use a toothpick to remove debris from the charging port.

Note– Do not insert the SIM ejector tool or any metal object in the charging port; otherwise, it will damage internal circuits.
