If dust or debris blocks the contacts, one or both earbuds will face the charging issue.
You should clean the metal contacts for uninterrupted current flow from your charging case to both earbuds.

2. Fully Charge Your Case
Current flow from higher potential to lower potential (it’s the rule of physics). If your charging case is not charged enough, it won’t pass current to your earbuds.
So, if your Yobola case is not charged, first charge it fully and then place your earbuds in it.

3. Clean Your Earbuds
There are two metal pins on the bottom of both earbuds. These pins attach to the metal contacts of the charging case, and your earbuds charge.
But, due to sweat and dust, an insulative layer formed around the metal pins, preventing the current flow.
So, thoroughly clean your earbuds with a toothpick and wipe out everything with a rubbing alcohol cotton swab.

4. Reset Earbuds

Here is how to reset yobola wireless earbuds-
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
- Go to your iPhone Bluetooth.
- Tap on the Info icon (i) next to T2 Pro.
- Tap on Forget This Device.
- Confirm the action.
- Tap and hold on to both of your yobola earbuds.
- Release your fingers after 10 seconds.
- Now, put both earbuds in the case and close the lid.
That’s it. Your yobola T2 Pro has been reset. Now, you can pair it again with your iPhone and check whether the charging issue is fixed.

5. Get a Replacement
If you’ve tried all the above solutions but still face problems in charging, it means some manufacturing defect is there with your unit.
